Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts

Unlike the Jo Ann store in Lexington, this store is large, clean, and keeps items in stock. Their fabric is generally higher quality than that sold at Walmart, and they have a better selection...for quilting, at least. The prices are reasonable on sewing supplies, and they are always having a sale on various things (e.g. fabric, seasonal, notions, etc). If you get on their preferred customer mailing list, you get 40-50% off coupons every couple weeks, which makes fabric, thread, and batting very affordable. There is plenty of parking here, and the store is rarely crowded to the point of being irritating. The restroom is nice and clean, too. I do think the prices on their seasonal items & home decor are too high, but I use a coupon or wait until it goes on sale or, even better, clearance. The prices at Jo Ann's online are significantly higher than the in-store prices, even on sale, and then there is shipping. Therefore, I prefer to shop at Jo Ann's in Frankfort for my general se more

i feel that this store has their products way over priced. you can buy the same products at walmart for half the price with the same quality in my opinion. in another words the fabric was double the price of most stores and i would not recommend it to friends and family.
