Great selection 12/15/2004

I've been to MANY different fabric/craft stores and this is by far my favorite (even amongst other Jo-Ann stores). They have a huge selection, particularly if you are a quilter. They've really worked on enlarging their inventory. I haven't had any bad customer experience, but nothing above and beyond either (no one goes out of their way to ask if you need anything, but they have all been polite). The other review for this store is rediculous and that person is being way too sensitive. Get over it. Pros: Massive selection, wide variety, good prices more

Worst Customer Service Ever Encountered 9/30/2002

This place has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. The staff are very surly, rude, and act as if you are inconveniencing them when you ask them any questions. When paying for merchandise, I do not expect my credit card to be thrown back on the counter. It wouldn't be too much trouble to politely hand it back to me. I will not return to this location. Managers, please teach the staff some very important customer service skills. Cons: Surly staff, Rude service, Just plain mean! more
