JNA is by far the most honest and easy to deal with contractor I've ever worked with. We've done a number of small projects on our home, until we found JNA they were all going to stay small projects. After having the counters and flooring redo, we decided to dive in head first and redo the whole kitchen. Had it not been for the awesome people JNA brought into my home I would have stopped at the floors. Thanks so much James for all you did to our house, it truly feels like home now. more

The Best Contractor In Austin 6/8/2010

I have used JNA Construction twice now over the past 4 years for two remodeling projects at our home and each time I have experienced a quality of service and workmanship rarely provided these days...the Owners, James and Patti are tremendously involved and you can tell they really care about the work they do, their team and their clients. I continue to tell everyone I know about what a skilled and honest Contractor I've found and highly recommend them; you won't go wrong with JNA! more

A really good choice 6/8/2010

We spent A LOT of time researching local Contractors and considering this was our first design & build it was vital we partnered with the right company. The team at JNA were pro's all the way and our family has settled into the perfect they built - we just had them at the start of the summer to build our guest house and they were spot on this time around too...if you're looking for someone you can trust to do the job right look no further more

company to avoid 8/7/2008

I hired two small contractors to renovate my house, and they both testified how they were cheated by the owner of JNA Construction. I wouldn't just trust one person's testimony, but two, and neither one knew each other, that's truth to the story. According to my contractors, the owner consistently and routinely took advantage of minority contractors. His tactics were shameless. I was appalled that such a big company ( even got an award?) would go so low, doing such despicable and unjust things to people of their trade. Austinites need to know when you look for a reputable contractor. Truth needs to be told. more

James was born into a construction family and has been in the construction and remodeling field for over 30 years. James founded JNA Construction in November of 1997. His background gives him a unique perspective and commanding knowledge of the construction industry. His partner Patti brings a diverse background to the company with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida and a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming. She has more than 20 years experience in business management. She became the first female NARI Certified Remodeler in Texas in 2006.
