Made an appt. over 3 weeks ago. Requested the first appt. at 8:30 as I work and had to take off a couple of hours while the work was being done. At 9 AM no one had showed up so I called and got the ans. service. They tried to contact ""Jim"" via cell but left him a message to call me ASAP. more
