I am also a first time customer of jimmytheshoedoctor's website and am beginning to wonder if I have been duped.. I ordered a pair of orthotics on August 1st, 2011 and promptly received an order receipt and details that my credit card had been billed. Three weeks later I still do not have them. I might give them the benefit of doubt--EXCEPT-- I have sent 2 e-mails inquiring about the status of this order--no reply. I tried calling two telephone numbers listed for them and had only a recording advising me that the best way to contact them was through their customer service e-mail. I have had absolutely no response from this company and hope that I can save anyone else this frustration! I'll be going to the local shoe store tomorrow. \r
