Used State Farm for over 6 years and been happy with our agent. We recently had a claim and the rep handled it well. Glad to see State Farm on Judy's Book.

Worst

My parents have had many problems with State Farm and this office. Response time is slow and they take forever to payout after you have met your deductible.

I was not Impressed. I was was with them because I thought that they were saving me money and doing their job but I soon discovered that my rates went up and they could not tell me why. I would call them and they could not return a call o matter how many times that I called so I switched agents and providers! more
