I have know James Hook through my father who had auto insurance with him when i was a young kid. I am 46 and have uesed James and state farm for all my insurance (home, boat, car's) this has been the best choice i have made. We have been treated fair, with respect, and assisted with any need. They have been great with claims and payment issues. I would not trade him and his office for anything. more

Good person 9/23/2010

There are always 2 sides to every story and truth be known this man has been in business for over 40 years and if he were actually a scam artist I don't think he would still be in business. His company runs a very tight ship and I just don't see it. His character and work in the community speaks volumes of the kind of person he is.
