To the owner of Jim Threlkel Florist. I received your order for a friend of mine a few weeks back and I must say, I was unhappy with the first order. The flowers were brown and did not look healthy. I called your Customer Service and they requested that I send pictures to prove that the flowers were bad (Really, you do not believe your customers?). I did so and a second delivery was completed. When the driver was walking up to the door with the new flowers, I noticed how small the arrangement was. We placed the new flowers next to the original and they were less than half the size of the first order. I am very displeased with the whole experience with Jim Threlkel Florist. It seems that there was no quality control before the flowers were sent out. I would like a complete refund for this whole debacle. My friend never got flowers that we saw on line and Jim Threlkel Florist does not live up to the expectation of beautiful flowers.
