My wife and I went in by invitation during the Vehicle Buy back program. We had bought a car in 2009 and it was the best deal we could have ever imagined. What happened on this last trip was totally unexpected. We were not treated like we were the first time. This time we wee lied to. It was the most awful car buying experience we have ever had. Don't know what has happened to this dealership. They were the best now they are the worst. Buyers beware. You will be lied to and treated with no respect. I wish they would wake up. our experince with Jim Skinner Ford 1/19/2011

My husband and I where there 1/18 and purchased a 2007 Freestyle, Sam and Carla where very nice and helpfull. Made sure we where happy with what we purchased and stayed with us through the process. Kept it all with in the budget we needed the payments to be. Plus friendly and warm associates towards the customer, make the buying process easier.\r five stars on overall serivce more

Jim skinner ford body shop is under new management. the new manager was very helpful and kept me informed about the repairs on my car the body repair and the painting were great the paint matched perfect. the car was cleaner when i picked it up than when i brought it in. all the employees were friendly . i would reccomend the shop to anyone. more

Body Shop 10/21/2007

I have used this body shop a few times. KP and the other guys in the shop are great. The know their stuff and are so friendly. My vehicle was always fixed in a timely manner. The manager was just ok, not very friendly but his staff made up for his poor attitude more
