There is no other word for Jim except.... 1/28/2013

There is no other word for Jim except....he is simply the best and most knowledgeable rental car operator and trainer I know. He has over 30 years in the rental car business and knows it back to front. You will not find anyone else who knows the business any better and most importantly Jim makes his training and classes enjoyable which creates better owners and staff members. I was very lucky to work with Jim for almost 7 sevens in the rental car business. more

Jim Schalberg Auto Rental Solutions is a service provider for auto rental. They do software consultation and franchising. They have a lot of information to share and have a lot of experience. Questions are answered through previous trial and error. Concerns are met by someone who has been where we are. Our company is in its beginning stages and we have found Jim Schalberg Auto Rental Solutions to be very helpful. more

I have not had a bad experience at all since we began with Jim Schalberg Auto Rental Solutions. Everything has been pretty convenient for us. Every time we have a questions, there is always someone there to answer the question for us. The literature that was sent is perfect, and it was very simple and easy for us to understand as well as our customer. They are also very good about keeping in touch. I've been using Jim Schalberg Auto Rental Solutions for several years. I probably found out about the company from a phone call by Jim himself. We got to talking on the phone about selling renters' collision protection, and it got off from there. We've used them multiple times. They took care of a problem I had the other day concerning an accident with an automobile. They took care of it for me, and the paperwork was handled correctly.
