I am from Iowa, normally have work done at home. However, at a previous oil change I was told I needed an alignment. So, planned to have the next oil change and alignment done while I was in Michigan. When I got to Riehl's Honda Service for my appointment, they said they wanted to verify I truly needed an alignment before actually doing it. Come to find out, I didn't truly need an alignment. The customer service rep could have truly done an alignment and charged me and I wouldn't have know the difference. Instead he was honest and only did the necessary oil change! I will continue to bring my car to Riehl's when in Michigan, if work is required!! THANKS!!!\r more

I had previously phoned the dealership thrice regarding the problem (inoperative right front window); the Service Manger said the Parts Department was trying to obtain the necessary parts, but never returned any of my 3 calls. Finally, I decided to just drive-in to the dealership on 9/20/13 to fix the problem, which they did during my visit.\r My 9/20/13 service gentleman's name, I think, is Randy, and he is very courteous and was able to fix my problem during the drive-in visit. The usual seamless experience. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The Service Managers explain what tests they make and the results. The service is fast and a reasonable price. I also leave knowing what my next steps will be when I return for my next service. I live quite a distance from this dealer but am so happy with the service that the drive is worth it.\r more

Just as I expected. I pulled in to Service and was greeted by a Service Rep. He asked what he could do for me and I told him that I needed an oil change. He confirmed this, and got me ""signed in"". He also told me when my next service would be due, what it would include and what it will cost. I had a seat in the waiting room and just a little bit later, my car was ready. The Service Rep. handed me my keys and escorted me to the cashier. I paid my bill; had a lovely social chat with the cashier and was on my way. Great Service just as expected!\r more

Service department was very courteous, explained the recall notice that he found during the write-up, and directed me to the temporary waiting room due to the construction. Sales staff was helpful regarding the mailing I had received for the ""Strike Gold"" sweepstakes, however it was clear that they had no been notified about the sweepstakes nor had been trained as to what was to be done. Why are you running an ad to bring in foot traffic when your building is torn apart and you have no vehicles inside? more

I had a rt. drive shaft replaced Dec. 2012 and since had a leak at the transmission seal. The seal was replaced at no charge April 2013 and everyone was very nice. I have bought my last 2 vehicles at your dealer and have always been very pleased. more
