I am stunned. I cannot express my disappointment over this shop's failure. I paid with a credit card, in advance, for them to do a simple inspection of a used truck we found at a local dealership. We arranged to have the dealer bring the truck to them, after reading positive things written on other web sites. The dealer went out of the way to drop it off and leave it overnight. It stayed overnight then over a holday weekend, and would not call me back to tell me the results of the inspection. Promises to call me back never happened. I paid with a credit card in advance and wonder if they ran my card. After finally putting me on hold to ""get the paperwork"", I was disconnected. Then I called back and was hung up on repreatedly. This is not the way you treat anyone. If anyone reads this and still goes ahead and uses Jim Locke, I would appreciate it if you would print this out, and ask Jim Locke to call me, Doug Ehrlich at my office at 303-819-7969, so an honest-to-goodness customer can tell him how Debbie stonewalled me, lied to me, never returned calls, put me on hold and disconnected me. I did nothing more than ask for an inspection, agreed to send the truck to them, and waited in vain for a return call. If Jim Locke is reputable, Debbie totally undermined any respect and trust I had, and motivated me to write this feedback to tell others.
Pros: Sounded good.
Cons: Treated an out-of-state customer with utter disregard.
