Guess I have to give them a star. Purchased a used vehicle for our son after 2 trips down there it still was not ready for delivery. The 4WD was not working the so called mechanics claim it was. Well seeing that my husband is also a mechanic and also works on the type of vehicle we were buying had to show them over and over it wasn't. They still want to fight about it. All our sales person kept saying is look at the banners on the wall we are # 1 so I say you can buy those at Kinkos for $20.00 each. they mean nothing to me. They are very pushy and dishonest. After doing a lot of research I find that the used car manager is also employed at Antwerpen Toyota as is the mechanic Dean. how can someone who is in a position like that be employed by two different company's more

Same old crap, different car dealer. Pay no attention to all the signs and wall hangings about how important the customer is. I wanted a straight forward price on a new car. Was given a good price on the internet, and once they had me in the showroom, it was time to squeeze the customer for every last nickel. They were $2600 over the price they quoted me online. It was all dealer added crap- pinstriping, nitrogen in the tires, etc. Glorious waste of my time. I will never return, and I will be sure to tell all my friends about Jim Coleman Honda, home of the sleazy salesmen. more

Congratulations. I hope they gave their bearded sales strong arm a big bonus for our purchase. He did the best job of twisting and misrepresenting the true facts of anyone I have done business with in 30 years. I had been a little uncomfortable with my deal but when I got the papers from Honda finance I came unglued. I starting doing some checking. I found several dealers in the local area that were selling the vehicle we purchased for about $23K. I checked the Kelly Blue Book for the trade-in and found to to be $4000 less than they claimed. Then the price I was charged was above the list price on the window. To top it all off I was promised 2.99 financing. I find that I am being charged 5.9. We had not intended to trade. We were just looking and then were going to look at a RDX, Q5, and X3. One thing I should have known as a sign was when we ask for out keys back he declined to return them with an excuse they needed to look at it further. I consider us ripped off, cheated, robbed, or just plane screwed. All total the got me for About $7000.00. Good luck. They saw me coming. Even charged me $129.00 for the air in the tires. more
