Edna Romanelli was recommended to me by a friend who has been a customer of hers for over 10 years. When I called Edna to discuss my home owners insurance needs I found her to be very professional and helpful. She walked me through the various options, discussed the limits available to me and helped to assure me that my insurance needs were fully covered relative to the new home I was purchasing. Over the years I have dealt with many people who took care of my insurance needs. Many of them were good, some were so so and a couple was actually terrible. You however belong in a class by yourself. The issue of customer service in very important to me and I know that it is vital to any service oriented enterprise.
