amazing people!!! really go above and beyond!!! 10/20/2014

I was having the worse day possible. My tire light went on and I went over to jiffy lube to have my tires filled up. They pulled my car right around and filled up my tires for me. fast forward 30 minute my tire ended up being defected and all of a sudden went flat. They guys at jiffy lube got on the phone with me helped me get the part I needed and helped me re-inflate my tire. Shawn and everyone there working today were just amazing and really turned my day around. If it wasn't for them I am sure I would have probable gotten into a horrible accident and I for sure didn't know what to do without them. more

Quick In and Out, Every Single Time 4/8/2006

I've taken my car here on various occasions, since I don't always want to make an appointment at the dealership. I've never had to wait more than 30 minutes, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Sometimes they'll try to sell you additional things, like engine flushes. Okay, I'm not a car person, but I don't think I need that *every* time I go in! more
