They are honest and give a complete review in a timely manner. They give you options and consequences in terms I understand. Jewell does a great job at doing the job right the first time and getting your vehicle to you in the time promised. more

Jewell Auto is very good and very personable. I couldn't have enjoyed it more each time! They were knowledgeable in all the problems that we had. I'll be very excited when they get their place all remodeled and all done, as it's a little hard to get in and out of there right now, but they were right there pointing and directing me. It's good that there's progress, though! That pretty much tells it! I enjoy Jewell Auto. They're great people, and I will use them again. more

When I was faced with this problem,I called w Jewells auto for I have use before on another occasion. I found Jewells Auto as being the three P'S (1) patient (customer )(2) punctual ( outstanding repairs ) and (3)polite (answering customer questions & delivering vehicle) more

Very, very positive experience. 2/4/2011

I've been using Jewell Auto for about 15 years. I like their service and the fact that I'm able to call them in times when I really need them and they will respond. They have done a variety of work for me over the years, from brake and transmission work to necessary repairs and maintenance. They also have done little things like changing a light bulb in the car. They always do really good work. They do get busy but every good place gets busy. Jewell Auto responds well to customers and makes an effort to provide service with a personal touch. They also keep in contact with you about the status of your car. more

They make a tough situation better. 1/27/2011

I have used Jewell Auto for probably about 2 years. This last experience with them was for a large repair. They contacted me before they did any type of repair. There were some changes in the repair, and they contacted me before they did any of that. I got my car in late, but they still got it out to me on time. Everything they did for me was very good, and the car is running great. They are very professional, very courteous, and they made a tough situation better. more
