Great Hawaiian Breakfast and burgers 8/20/2009

K cooks with a touch of Hawaiian and the Portugese sausage, rice and eggs is an ""onolicious"" breakfast for those who love sausage. Meal comes with a whole slew of sausages two heaping scoop size rice and eggs (oh yeah some bread too!). My buddy had the teri burger with pineapple and loved it. (Wonder if that would be good with mac salad?) It was humongous for him (minabird stomach). Pros: Great food Cons: off the main road/place is old more

not very good at all 4/3/2008

Really not good at all. we decided to try it based on good reviews and a good review in the Columbian. My burger was charred through. The server was very nice and accomodating but the food, even despite the burned burger was not good. The shakes were mediocre and runny, the fries were like the frozen crinkle cut brand, and the teriyaki sauce that everyone was raving about in other reviews was way too strong and salty for my taste. The aesthetics of the place is also not very appealing. Feels old and run down. Junk laying around in piles in the back. Not a place we will go back to. Pros: good service Cons: run down restaurant, food was not good more

The Best Hawaiian Teriyaki ""One Bite And We Gotchya"" 10/11/2007

I grew up in this place, and I have to say that in all my travels, I have still yet to better your sauce dad. I mimmick the sauce for the kids, But my taste buds know the difference. For reals! No place I have ate makes it close. Thank the Lord you are finally bottling the sauce! Much Love. Your so in Sonora. Jr. Pros: any teriyaki burgers Cons: distance more

Best Burger by far, the Teriyaki is to die for. 6/22/2007

I have been going to Jett burger since it was off 1st and 192nd in Vancouver. Now that they are in Camas, it is a 15-20 minute drive, but well worth it. For first timers, I recommend avoiding the temptation to get anything other than a burger. All their food is great, but their burgers are fantastic. Pros: All burgers more

First Experience at Jett Burger proves to be more than I can handle 11/10/2006

I went to Jett Burger yesterday in Camas, WA. It is located a block from the McDonalds. If you are thinking burgers the two are not even in the same business. The name sake burger should not be taken lightly. The menu states that all burgers are hand patties of 1/3 pound ground beef. After eating the ""Jett Burger"" I read an old article and review. Although I did not confirm the reviews description of this burger, nothing in me would question it. So here is my description of the ""Jett Burger"" menu selection. 2 1/2 pound hand made beef patties 8(?) pieces of bacon, american and swiss cheese (i ordered cheddar) lettuce, tomatoes, pickles. When this burger arrive at my table I was starving no famished. I being a hearty eater never questioned the menu as to whether I could eat this burger or not Don't even think this....The burger came with a steak knife stuck in the top of it and there was no steel showing through. It was a mountain of a burger of which had the flavor of any of the best burgers I have ever eaten and was more than any beast can handle. I relish the fact that I never cut a burger in half to eat it. Upon arrival at my table my first thought was not how good it looked or how tasty it was gonna be. Rather ""There is no way around it, I am going to have to cut this burger to eat it"". The flavor was great and for such a big burger fairly simple to eat. I would recommend this burger to any hearty eater. I ended up leaving a bite or two behind and didn't eat anything else for the rest of the day!!!! I would have to be crazy to try and eat the massive ""Jett Burger"" again. Just because I ended up over stuffed and could not finish it. A friend had the Mushroom burger it looked very good and it was a big portion for a burger. Impressive if she could eat it all, which she did not. Prices are a bit on the high side but worth it. The place was clean and welcoming. You can get a beer with your burger. All and all a very good selection for a dreary fall day. Pros: You can get a beer with your burger, friendly, take credit cards. Cons: Although a good value prices were a bit steep.....know this in advanced more

Yum! 11/26/2005

I was ready to dive into a huge juicy burger when I arrived for my first visit to Jett Burger on a Wednesday night. But.......the advertised ""special"" for only $6.95 was a platter full of teriyaki beef and chicken, plus pork fried rice and Hawaiian cole slaw. How could I refuse that! The platter was not only delicious, but the portions were huge! The waitress (yep, only one) was not only helpful with the menu, but was friendly, charming (and I know this isn't ""PC"") but really cute. The customers were a friendly crowd and although they appeared to be ""regulars"" were willing to engage in conversation with a ""stranger in these parts"". They menu, although catering to the hamburger crowd is filled with interesting Hawaiian specialties and other ""specials"" are offered every day. I look forward to becoming ""regular"" at Jett Burger. You've got to try it out......seriously!!!!!! more

Absolutely Worth Eating 11/7/2004

The Jet Burger Basket is the best burger I've ever eaten. The meat is juicy and cooked to perfection. You know how most restaurants use a toothpick to hold the burger together. Well the cook at Jet Burger uses a steak knife and it barely reaches through. You'll need the knife to cut the burger in half just to be able to pick it up. Pros: Good food, Reasonable Price Cons: , Hard to find more

Burgers worth driving for 5/20/2004

Jett Burger starts with the best ground beef I have ever tasted. Baskets come with a huge pile of lightly seasoned fries. Try the Maui or Aloha burgers made with their homemade Teriyaki Sauce - simply the best. Pros: Great quality food, Free parking, friendly staff more
