These folks are pretty good. We chose them without even meeting them after we looked at their porfolio. We just gave them a contract for our new day spa on Newbury Street. Though one of the designs they sent us wasn't the image we were looking for, we had trouble choosing between the other two options (they gave us three different designs from three different designers just to get started). Guys- I'm very happy with what I see so far! Pros: There is more than one designer (I think they have 6 or 7), so you can get the right look. Cons: None so far! more

Jerel, the owner, is engaging and always makes me smile. All of the assistants are wonderful; the shampoo and head massage will just about put you to sleep. She is prompt, pleasant, and amazingly adept at suiting cuts and colors to your face and lifestyle. Everytime...and I repeat everytime...I strut out of Jerel @ 119 heads turn and I feel like a million bucks. I know that the cut is ""in style"", age appropriate and fits my personality perfectly. I trust my stylist (Carolyn) implicitly. Jerel takes care of their clients from beginning to end: the timely reminder phone calls about my appointment, hairstylist that fits you in when you ""need"" to get in, the relaxing hair washes and scalp massages, the qualified and VERY well educated stylists with THE latest cutting edge...
