Communication skills poor. They try so hard to convince customer of the cars needs,they create uncertainty, rather than belief.
Having the sales department approach a service customer with"I want to buy your car" is the basis of review title. When I decided to listen to his story, it was easy to see he knew nothing about my car, my lease or how to mathematically show me the great deal he had for me. At first it was amusing,but I would hate to see other customers taken in on the spin.
