This dealership is closest to my home. I've only used them to repair (what I thought was) warrantied items. On my 2 year old car, the clutch went out. Learned that this is an chronic issue with this model/year. Jenkins wanted $3,000! Only after arguing vociferously did they agree that the clutch was faulty and covered under warranty. Just returned to have a simple light switch replaced. Took 2 visits, about 5 hours of my time as they didn't stock the part. NO ONE ever told me that the part wasn't covered under warranty. Handed me a $90 invoice. When I complained, the Service Manager said, "Jeez, sorry that no one told you how much it would cost. We can put the old switch back in for you." Is this the kind of place you want to take you auto to? Maybe your experience will be different from mine, but I know I'll never trust them again.
