i would highly recommend Jemco Auto Care because they are very thorough and they explain fully whats wrong with your car. 10/15/2012

jemco auto care take great care in giving individuals the personal touch that's needed when one is in for a maintenance check from the least to the most important matter...and if one even needs a rental until their car is fixed they immediately book a rental car with one the best rates and even have you picked up from their shop! i may also add that their paint department gave me one heck of a paint job on one of my vehicles as well...i've done business with them for years and i will continue in the future! more

Jemco Auto Care and Collision Center was extremely thorough both with their customer care and their service. The finished work was show room quality and my car looked brand new as I walked out of the shop. It was as if I never had an accident. more

I have been going to Jemco since 2004 and have always had a great experience. They have great service and don't try to oversell you. I go there for regular oil changes now. They have worked on many issue's including an engine replacement for me. more

Jemco Auto Care and Collision Center is the best! It's wonderful and I get very very good care from there. There's nothing better. I haven't had a problem they weren't able to solve. I've been using Jemco Auto Care and Collision Center for five years and I've recommended them all the time. I know what the technician does, and how they do it. They're the best! more

Always a great experience. 12/15/2011

I went to Jemco a couple of years ago. When the engine had blown, I didn't know what to do. The people at Jemco was just so knowledgeable though. The owner knew the model of the car and the problems that the car was known to have, so he knew what was wrong and he had a solution to fix it. The service was incredible! It's also a very fun shop. They've got a great sense of humor, but they also know what they're doing, and it's always been a great experience going to them. I would recommend anyone to them. more

The people at Jemco Auto Care and Collision Center were really attentive to my needs and tried to help me get my car fixed quickly. They informed me about the process along the way and made me feel important throughout. Krista at Jemco went above and beyond! Jemco replaced my transmission and did some body work. They're really honest and caring, and just a great company! more

They handled everything and reduced the stress I had. 11/4/2011

I got hit by some flying debris on 880 and it was all just very bad timing all the way around. I happened to be passing by Jemco Auto Care and Collision Center at the time because I work near there. I was so concerned about the deductible and insurance and a lot of other stressful things, but after going in the staff said they would handle it. They called the insurance for me and worked out a way I could afford to make the repairs and sort of reduced the stress I had at the time. Krista was very helpful in particular. more

I think Jemco Auto Care and Collision Center are fantastic, and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. They are very attentive and knowledgeable. Also, I feel that they always supply an honest answer to my questions. They are very thorough, and I can drive away knowing exactly where my car stands in terms of maintenance. Additionally, Jemco is conscious of my budget. I feel like they give me options, and if something doesn't need to be addressed right away, they don't pressure me into the repairs. They are also super friendly, and I feel like we know one another personally. Jemco takes good care of me. more

From the moment we took our Odyssey van to JEMCO and they happily and expertly fixed a maladjusted timing belt that our former mechanic refused to acknowledge, we have been sold. Superior service, attention and knowledge at JEMCO. We owe the long lives of our used cars to Mo and these folks. more

Re alignment and a full assessment on my Mercedes. 5/2/2011

Very impressed with the assessment report. and My Mercedees purrs so quietly now when I drive it. The re-allignment work was completed within an hour. The customer service representative was very patient as he explained the report to me. He provided detailed information on other recommend services that I may consider in the future. Nooooo pressure just advice. Every female would feel confident going into the business and feel like a knowledgable queen when she drove out of the show room. I am very pleased with my service and they even had a model of the mechanical parts of an auto of the moving parts which was interesting. Thank you Jemco! more

If you need a new engine or transmission, these guys are definitely the way to go. 4/27/2011

Jemco's people are excellent people. I have an Acura Legend, and I went to the dealer first. The dealer basically just told me that he was sorry, and that they didn't make those engines anymore, so the would have to rebuild it. I was looking at $5000 to do that. I then took it to Jemco, and they said it was no problem. They would get an after-market engine, so it would not be brand new, but it would have low mileage, and they would guarantee it for me. They put it in, and it's been working really well. I've got over 100,000 miles on it right now, and I'm very happy. The people at Jemco are really nice, and they do really nice work too. I'd recommend them, and I do to all my friends. If you need a new engine or transmission, these guys are definitely the way to go. more

These guys are great and affordable. 4/27/2011

I have had Jemco do all work on my car for 10 years. It is like having a personal mechanic in their knowledge of the car, their recommendations for maintenance, the speed and quality or repairs and the ability to troubleshoot "mystery" mechanical events. They also now have a body shop and so I could have them repair some collision damage when needed. more

Jemco Auto Care and Collision Center is an excellent shop. I am very satisfied with the work they did and the way I was treated. I was very pleased with the professionalism of all the staff. I was also really impressed with the looks of the shop. Everything and everyone was very nice. Although, I would have given them five stars if they would have taken the time to wash and clean my car before I picked it up. But other than that, things were just fine. Personable, funny, and they know their stuff. 1/24/2011

I called Jemco Auto Care in regards to repairing my Honda Civic because I needed a transmission at the time. I was actually referred to them by my Honda dealership. And, the minute I spoke with Ben on the phone he recommended I come in. He gave me a great deal and he had it fixed in a couple of days. I am still driving the car and it has been family free. They treat me like family. Everyone is very personable, funny, and they know their stuff. more
