I just wanted to thank you for the great service you have given me on my two vehicles. I was skeptical at first taking my brand new cars to a non-dealer service facility. But after that one trip the fear disappeared. Every person I have dealt with at your firm has been polite and helpful. My last appointment, for example was for an oil and filter change. As always they immediately took my car back. Soon they called me back into the service bay as the technician could not find my special lug nut to unlock my chrome wheels (to rotate the tires). I greatly appreciate finding this out because if I were to have a flat without it I would be in a world of hurt. Also during this recent visit, the importance of maintaining accurate records to keep my manufacturer's warranty intact was explained to me. This is your busy time of year and even with that everyone in your firm has been friendly and helpful. Who needs the dealer service and their high prices and long waits? Thanks to your firm I can avoid the drive into Tucson. Thanks for your help. more

To the Gentlemen at Jeff’s Total Performance, I so appreciate the care you give my old Chevy Blazer. I never have to worry if it is done right. You guys are great at taking care of the problems. And thank you Ed for going out of your way to fix something that seemed like a small problem to you but had me very worried. more

I brought my 1986 300 ZX in to have it checked for an oil leak. They put some dye in the oil and I drove it to Tucson and back. I brought it in the next morning before your regular hours and they got on it right away. They found no leaks. The mechanic said when I brought it in the first time he tightened the oil filter a little. It was not real loose. But what I am very grateful for is the fact that they gave me a credit and didn’t charge me anything for what they did and it was before their regular hours of work. You guys do and have done a great job on my ZX and it runs like a top. Thank you sooo much. more

We get quick and accurate diagnosis of our vehicle service/repair needs and we feel that Jeff's really has our best interests at heart. Dear friends of Jeff’s Automotive! Isn’t it great to have such an upstanding, stand-behind business association? I’ve been a client all these years; they have always worked with me, keeping my car in good condition alerting me to care needed as it ages. Even with over 150,000 miles my road trips have been and still are successful, thanks to diligent preps and alerts. There was a time, though, a few years ago, I broke down in Casa Grande. Jeff’s was able to talk me home, do necessary repairs and get me going again with my only losing two days without a car. What a group! Thanks a lot….I’ll always be a client! more

It is nice to move to a new area of the country and find a good place to do business. Jeff''s was recommended to me by a neighbor. We have found them to be both trustworthy and professional. We've been back several times. We've had our share of mechanics that over-charge and recommend unnecessary repairs. It's nice to know that the same mechanic is assigned to our car whenever we come in. He can follow our car and know what's been done and what to watch for. It's wonderful to be told, "You don't need to repair this yet." and "a rebuilt part will save you a lot." I would gladly recommend Jeff's to anyone in need of a good and trustworthy place to bring your car over and over. more

I would like to say that Jeff's makes you feel like you are part of the automotive family. I recently had my oil changed and some other checkups on my car and I never mind waiting. At Jeff's they are honest, professional but not stuffy in the process. I will recommend Jeff's as long as I live in this area and know they are doing a fine job.
