ZERO stars. I brought my 1996 Carrera 4S there for a engine fan check light and had that repaired only to find out that the mechanic had put a hole in the fan housing that they denied. I asked to do the plugs and wires. Tom Vick talked me out of the wires and they put new plugs in. Drove it home and the check engine light came on. It was misfiring for 2-cylinders. Now he said to change the wires. Now another labor fee and its is still misfiring!! I took it to Barrier and they said that Autohaus had disengaged the fan warning light and it should not be misfiring after a tune up!! Over $100 repair just for that! They even stuck me for a rental car bill that Tom Vick said he would pay. I am suing them. Stay away from this business as they are schisters and thieves. more

I was referred to Autohaus Vick, Inc by my mechanic when he retired. He had worked for years with the owner of Autohaus, so I took his recommendation and went to them. I've been using them ever since, about ten years. They are impeccable and honest, and they don't try to oversell you on something you don't need. And they always gave me a free lift! If you're thinking of using them, I would say go there and get a quote from them, then you can compare them to anywhere else. Their service and communication are impeccable. And if you don't need something done right away, they'll tell you. That way, you can plan to have it done later. more

We've had a relationship with Autohaus Vick over many years. They've done service for several of my cars. They're very good, have very high integrity, very honest, always give good results, and fair with their pricing. We had a Volkswagen Beetle and a Honda Element serviced there recently. They did a number of repairs. I sold the Element, and went to a different repair shop and they inspected it and turned up quite a few things for it. They gave me a large price for the repairs, so I took it to Autohaus Vick to see if they could do better. They lowered the cost on the repairs significantly, so I went with them. They've been in business for a long time, family owned. I've referred people to them and everyone has been happy. I think they're good solid people. I don't know how anyone can have bad experience with these guys. They have a tremendous warranty on their service work, 18 months, AND it's transferable. more

We've gone to Autohaus Vick for a long time. My daughter had a '96 Jetta and they continually brought it back to life. They did a really good job with it and we always trusted them. I don't think they ever steered me wrong. If they fix something that wasn't actually a problem, they're give me a price fix and go back to taking care of the actual problem. My daughter has actually referred her old roommate to them and has taken her new car to them as well. I think, nowadays, being trustworthy is so important. I really do trust them. they stand behind their work. more

I've been going to Autohaus Vick for the last 2 years and I hope to never go anywhere else again. No matter what kind of car I own. I have always received fair and accurate quotes and they run their business with honor and integrity. For instance I took my car to Midas for a brake quote and because they were local. To my surprise Midas wanted to replace everything at a costly expense. So I went back to Autohaus and they found that the only thing in need of repair were the brake pads..... On another instance, I took my car into the dealer to get a quote for the Timing Belt. Autohaus beat the estimate hands down. more

Good day, everyone. Would like to recomend to all of you Vick's as a one of best Porshe service and repair shop. Quality and timely matters are well above local dealership. Skills and knowledge of Vick's mechanics is head above any shop around this area. In my experience all the jobs been done in timely manner, and i do not fill as i was overly charged. On top of that parts in Autohaus Vick has shorter route than in local dealer. Surprisingly enough Vick's shop gets them significaly faster. I did get parts from Vick's in the matters of hours sometimes compare to days thru the dealership. Hightly recomen Vick's for your next Porshe needs. more

I have always had high quality, dependable, and honest service from Autohaus Vick. I can even remember an experience where a Dealer- Shop stated that an expensive service should be done, A-V did some testing and found the service was not required. more

I own a 1990 Mercedes with over 270,000 miles and for the past few years Tom and his staff have been servicing my car. In the some 20 years I have owned this car, I can state Autohaus has provided the most comprehensive and expert service of any of my previous mechanics, and I've had a few as you might imagine. I have been using Autohaus Vick for probably 22 years, and I would not trust anyone else with my car. Tom is honest, he gives it to you straight, and he does the job right. These guys give it to you straight, and don't do more than you need or request. Fair pricing (not the cheapest ever but you really don't want the cheapest if you have a car you care about). I have been going to Autohaus for 30 years. Not long ago, Tom sent me to the Mercedes Dealer for a repair, and the prices were about the same, but it was interesting when I told the mechanic at the dealer what was wrong, he told me Autohaus is an independent shop and they do not know what they are talking about; however, it turned out that Tom was exactly right. They know their stuff, they know the technology, and the quality of the work is always excellent. I have 30 year-old Porsche that they keep running like a top, and I attribute it all to their service. more

I've had Autohaus Vick work on my cars for years. Most recently, they did a transmission flush and a rear brake job. I keep coming back to them because I trust them. I've always been treated fairly, they keep me informed, and are very responsive. They will do anything on the fly. My car is treated with as much care as I would give it. more
