So I called to get my annual checkup. The receptionist ends up scheduling me for a ""regular appointment"" which happened not to be covered by insurance. Then I call billing to try to get the problem fixed, and they won't hear it. I write a page long letter trying to explain things and get back a one sentence reply telling me to pay my bill when they screwed up. I thought the customer was always right. Not here though. I've only visited once, and I guarantee, I will never go back. If you want to save yourself some stress and frustration, go somewhere else.
Pros: Doc was okay, although withdrawn and impersonable.
Cons: Receptionist was incompetent, billing department a nightmare
