Doctors and staff are GREAT! They take very good care of me during therapies for a recent car wreck. Some doctor offices don't care and push you in and out. Here they take the time to make sure you understand your injury condition and the treatment they doing to get you better. I LOVE the doctors, the staff, the care and the office. Dr Myers and Dr Holcomb made everything so easy because they'll accept the third party claim information to get started. Dr. Holcomb went above and beyond to helped fight my USAA medpay to pay by writting appeal letters. I had no problem settling my own accident claim with the 3rd party because the documentation was records were well done. I recommend them if you're looking for a excellent accident injury specialists that give great therapy and PT care after a car accident. They have late hours and are always willing to work with you if you need to reschedule. Staff is well trained and friendly too. more

If you’re ever in an accident Jefferson Spine Center is definitely the place to go for treatment. The staff is friendly, the service is prompt and there’s no wait time at all. I really liked their late hours because I didn’t have to take time off from work. Dr Holcombe has a big heart and a kind spirit. She genuinely cares about the wellness of her patients. I received treatment at Jefferson Spine and Injury Center after an auto-accident in which I was rear-ended off Ox Road. I cannot commence to say ample about how wonderful everyone at Jefferson Spine have been to me. As soon as you enter Ms. Kay welcomes you with a beautiful smile, they make you feel very Important and right away you forget about the pain you are going through. Dr. Holcombe's methods of treatment are extremely effective and she is very professional. Both doctors- Dr. Leslie Holcombe and Dr. Provost-Myers are outstanding and very knowledge. They had answers to all pertaining to my neck, back, back and nerves. The entire staff is very friendly, professional, empathetic, and accommodating. The doctors are educators, because they help you to understand your injuries and the treatment associated with the injuries. The Massage Therapist was Awesome!! He gave me the best massages that healed all the aches I had prior to my visit. Before you leave, Ms. Kay ensures you are rescheduled and makes sure the appointment you’re your schedule. I received automatic reminders a day prior to my appointments. Provost is hands down one of the best doctors I've ever encountered, which is saying a lot coming from me born with a congenital blood disorder. She and Delia (Dee) exhibited compassion above and beyond what their job title required and made sure I was getting the care I so desperately needed and moving towards the kind of progress that would allow me to get back to work and my regular lifestyle as quickly as possible. I had the best treatment at Jefferson Spine Injury. After my accident I was in pain. Came across her website on Google and called after hours expecting to get an automated message when Dr Holcomb answered the phone! I explained my injury,financial situation and difficulty with my work hours. She told me not to worry, all I needed was a claim number!My first appt was on a Saturday which was great.
