I suffered an accident in January 2018 and I was just recovering from a work injury. With all the added life stress I was having headaches neck and back pain caused by the accident. I was referred to Jefferson Spine and Injury Center by one of my clients who told me they work with auto accident patients. I contacted the CA Delia who got me an appointment the next day. I was very happy they could take me so soon. The He staff was very lovely and Dr. MYERS took me through every step of my recovery. Every question I had they were happy to answer and knew how to simplify every treatment I had to do and explain why I had to do it. I learned so much about the importance of doing my treatment regularly and I noticed the results with in my first week. Dr. Holcombe was very knowledgeable about where I was with my treatment when she had to come in one time for my regular doctor Dr MYERS. Which I was happy I didn’t have to start from the beginning and tell her all about my pain and where it was. I am now done with my treatment and Hope I don’t ever get in to another accident. I was advice to get MedPay which I did right away. I would definitely go back to the center and will definitely recommend them to anyone. more

I always look forward to my visits to Dr. Holcomb's office! They have great customer service, are always quick to see you, and quickly narrow in on what's ailing you so they can effectively address it. Every time I leave the office I always feel better than when I went in - which is kind of a rarity to be able to say that about doctor's offices! I love how they have an on-site massage therapist so that you can experience both massage and chiropractic services back-to-back, which really makes a big difference in healing. more

I was truly impressed with this nice facility and the caring staff and friendly attitude with smiles. The best team of medical staff I have been around in a long time. I would love to go back if I ever get sick again. The Doctor had been busy but still took the time to make me feel like I was the only patient there. The gentleman in the front was terrific, he too makes me feel like I am the first patient of the day. The lady in the back room (chiropractic assistant) also very professional. Dr Holcombe really knows her stuff. She's very kind and patient and she takes the time to explain the procedures she's doing and not to mention she's quite funny as well. Very nice lady. Dr Holcomb and her staff are attentive and caring. They helped to get me back in action after a car accident where I sustained whiplash injuries. The exercises, spinal adjustments and massage therapy really work. She's a proponent of no medication and I got off inflammatory pills that I was taking for seven years. I was Injuried in an automobile accident and sustained injuries to my neck and back. The doctors have great clarification of treatment which make it easy to feel as ease and able to accept this remarkable treatment. The injuries have now subsided and I feel much better. Dr. Holcomb and her team at Jefferson Spine and Injury are incredibly attentive and competent in treating injuries. There is no long wait and her clinic is fully staffed ti provide soft tissue/therapeutic massage, adjustments and other therapies. Anytime I have a flare-up, they provide all around comprehensive care to ensure my body restores to a pain-free normal state. They're customer service and empathy for patients is amazing as well.
