Great Doc-Horrible Office Staff 5/14/2013

First of all let me say that my psychiatrist at JPA is awesome and really gets me and my problem. Yeah, you have to wait a little while longer than normal to see her but its worth it. What is not worthy of even speak of them is "the staff". They are rude, abrupt, inconsiderate and they won't even look you in the eye when assisting you. I have whatch treat other people the same way so it's not just me. The whole entire office staff needs to be fired starting with the office manager, who can never give you straight answers. I love my doctor but unfortunately I can't recommend her because of the terrible office staff. Sorry. more

Great Doctor; Awful, Just Terrible Staff 10/13/2011

So, my experience with one of the physicians at JPA was exceptional. He was just an all around good doctor and I was a pleased patient. It would've been a perfect situation if I didn't have to deal with the staff. more

Good Drs, Terrible Staff 7/6/2009

I've been going to this location for 5 years now. I'm very satisfied with the service I've received from the doctor, and my appointments are always on time, which is great. Unfortunately, I have decided to stop going to this location because there is too many office staff, none of which are knowledgable. Good luck trying to get them to return a phone call relating to a billing question. The voicemail is rude, and they never call back. It is the most frustrating process. So unfortunately, the good doctors are not worth the constant headaches of the incompetent staff. Pros: Doctors Cons: Office Staff more

Excellent Dr. experience every time I've been there 6/16/2009

Every time Ive been to this practice the experience has been very relaxed, friendly and professonal. The doctors are awesome and the office staff friendly and professional. The only drama I've seen is when firing patients who didn't pay their bill after multiple warnings or who are non complient. Pros: The Doctors, the office staff Cons: none more

Quiet and Easy Dr. Experience 3/10/2008

The Dr.'s are very good, although fairly inexperienced on a couple counts. However, this mostly shows up in there knowledge of treatments where they are more up to date on new techniques. The girls at the front desk are useless and should have been fired yesterday. more
