I?m very disappointed in Jeff Schmitt Fairborn, I took my H3 to the service dept because of a mechanical problem, ( engine missing and shaking check engine light on ) and was told by the service manager didn?t have time look at it, that I had to leave it there, I asked for a loaner that my over $3000.00 maintance agreement provides when unable to repair same day, and was told they couldn?t give me one unless the repair took more than a day
