GREAT WORK, GREAT INTEGRITY\r Jeff Kerber remodeled our pool and backyard landscape several years ago. They did a great job on the pool: adding water features, beautiful stone coping, pebble plaster, stamped ""slate"" decking, BBQ Island & firepit. I get complements from family and friends every time we enjoy our great backyard.\r \r Recently, the spa developed a leak. Jeff Kerber came out to fix it. We could not tie it to any area that they had done any work on. Rather than argue about whether it was my 20 year old plumbing failing, or damage they had caused during the renovations: they fixed the problem without charge.\r more

Horrible defective workmanship & poor quality! 6/14/2011

BEWARE! We hired them to do our entire backyard- pool, jacuzzi, firepit, fountain, plantar walls, pizza oven, decking, etc. So many problems I cant begin to tell you! Pool, jacuzzis and fountain all leak, plaster cracked and leaking, no waterproofing behind tile, concrete lifting up and cracking, cracks on plaster, the decking was not done to the right thickness, etc etc etc. After only 2 years we are having to have ALL of this re-done! Dishonest terrible company. Dont use them! more

Great Job! Great People!!! 2/17/2011

These guys came out to my house and did a Great Job on my pool!! I purchased there Color Quartz product that the saleman was just excited to no limits on. But I went to there web site and looked into there gallery and SAW something better! They can make a GLASS Pool too!!!! Just a little bit more money.... But that was okay I got my Tax Refund in!!! Well besides a little confusion about my startup everything was really pleasent!! The owner talked to me about everything that was going on and made me a fan!!! If I had to do it again I truely would!!! Great Job Mr Kerber Thank you!!! more

Don't listen to the previous review. This company knows pools and I would not hesitate to use again. They get it done fast and do excellent work! more

YOU""LL BE SORRY! 1/16/2008

Worst decesion we ever made was signing a contract with Kerber Pool's. We have 27 cracks in 32 pieces of pour in place Coping. Kerber tells us that's normal, concrete cracks, 27 times within 1 month? HMMM?They also tried to get us to pay upfront .That's illegal we later found out.Log on CSLB and read ""before you hire a pool contractor"" section. If your having Kerber problems file a compliant with CSLB or call 562-345-7552, ask for Elizabeth Reeves. Don't let there in house attorney scare you. I wonder why they need an in house attorney? Could it be all the complaints against them filed with the CSLB. GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN! If you need a good and honest pool Contractor call OC Pools, Damien 714-348-7665. more
