Great service, super folks. 4/29/2010

I have been a Belzer's customer for several years. In that time I have purchased many vehicles, new and used, without having any problems that they were not happy to help me with. The sales staff are not pushy, the service department listens to my problems and even pulls a mechanic to come have me describe a hard to find issue to them. I have used the finance department a couple times, and they alway explain my options in clear friendly terms. They also point out the best way to get a good deal on financing or leasing. Belzer's even calls me to be sure I was 100% satisfied on my last visit. Just nice easy folks to deal with. Pros: Folks are not pushy, they listen to my needs and issues. Cons: None. more

poor service 1/2/2010

I bought a new camaro and the car was presented to me with a deep scracth and no front license plate bracket dispite the fact they had four days to prep the car. I complained because it was over a 100 mile trip to return the car and I felt sience they felt it was o.k. for me to be inconvienced that in turn they should come out to my house install the bracket and attempt to buff the scratch out or better yet arrange for some dealer close to me to handle it. Two months later I still have no difinitive anwser from them. There is no excuse for a expensive new car to be presented to me in such a condition. I have been a customer for years and as a business manager, I appreciate the professional, thorough customer service performance provided from the moment you enter the building up to the Operations Manager. Service Department Issue 11/3/2009

Took my Chevy into Belzers for a coolant leak, and the day I get it back I have a major transmission fluid leak,\r more than suspicious, would not trust these guys Cons: Overpriced for service and questionable recommendations more

Beware of Belzers 6/29/2009

I recently brought my car to Belzers to have a recall fixed. When I refused to have my air filters changed the service manager became angry with me. 30 min. after I left my blower motor seized up. They claimed that it was nothing that they did. I brought my car to a mechanic with 30 years experience. They found a piece of plastic in the fan motor that was 7 in long and 1/2 inch wide. The mechanic said that there is no way it could have been in there unless someone put it there. I would not recommend bringing your car to them . Cons: Dishonest more

Don't bother going here 4/21/2009

I tried three departments, finance, sales and business manager to get a final quote on a vehicle. I had my heart set on the car and it was within our price range. I couldn't get return phone calls. This place epitomizes the reason the car industry is in trouble~ absolutely no customer service. I called to complain about not getting return phone calls, that got me nowhere. Good helpful - people !! 10/24/2008

This is the first time I ever wrote about a place of business but these guys are great. I first found out about Jeff Belzers in the This Week newpaper, they had a Top Bannana Award for the best in class type of thing and I needed an oil change so I stopped by for the service. They were outstanding, being a girl I was not sure just how or what my car needed and the service manager, I think his name was ERIC, took the time and did a full ""FREE"" check for me. When I was waiting I walked around the dealership and found everyone there to be very happy and easy to talk too. They have a very big accessories department where they helped me into getting a bugshield and the manager there got Eric to put it on at the same time. Yes try they out they are very good people & helpful. Pros: Very big but easy to find things out. more

Best place to buy a car. 4/7/2008

This dealer is so nice, The building is enormous and the inventory is outstanding, if you need a car truck or van it will be here there is no question about the service that you will get here..\r The sales department is very helpful and are not pushy-- The sales manager we had was very very nice< Never been to a dealer of this caliber..I will send everybody I know to them.. Pros: they are all about your needs--not your pocket book Cons: not a thing more
