BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 6/27/2011

I recently visited Jeff Belzers Chevrolet Dodge Kia let me tell you i was very impressed with everything. I was most impressed with my salesperson Tony Corwin he provided all the information i need to make an informed decision about a purchase of a new vehicle I was interested in pickup trucks and he was very informed about both the 1500 Silverado and the 1500 Ram when i decide which one i want i will be going to see Tony no matter what very low pressure didn't feel like i had to buy right then and there like some places! Overall A very good place to go when looking for a new or used vehicle!!!!! more

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! 4/13/2011

My husband and I recently purchased a new vehicle from Jeff Belzer's and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had!. There was nothing like other dealerships I have had to deal with, no misleading me to get me to come in etc!! Just up front information and going out of their way to get me and my family into the vehicle we wanted and the monthly payment we wanted!!. Thank you so much Dave Nowaski and Ross!! Excellent car buying experience at Belzers 4/9/2011

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Jeff Belzer's. Perry and Tom from the sales staff very extremely helpful and made sure I purchased exactly what I wanted. \r This is my third vehicle purchase with them and I knew I only had to go to one place. The sales staff there are great! They will give you a fair price for your trade and get you the best deal on your new vehicle. \r I have been very pleased with the service department on the rare occasions I have needed to use them outside of an oil change. They really are a great group of folks. more

We knew what we were looking for when we stopped to look at J.B. No high pressure tactics were used to sell us bigger or better. We were able to get the extra's we wanted for the car and get them installed in a timely fashion. Jeff Prose did a good job. best care anywhere!!! 4/3/2011

Great service, brought my escort in for a $17 routine oil change,upon inspection they found I had a bulging brake hose ready to pop at any second,had this gone undetected who knows when it would of failed and the amount of danger i would of subjected my family or others to. Thanks to Tim in service, he is aces, he explained the process, cost, and time line to me up front, i'm lucky to of had him working that day. The place is huge, spotless quick lane even has tile floor, kids waiting room,even the bathrooms were clean, and wifi. Eveyone there was eager to help.they offered me a shuttle ride several times, while in the waiting area a salesman even offered to give me a no strings demo ride in a new car. I would tell anyone they are making a good choice. more

Can't imagine an easier way to buy a car... 3/28/2011

My husband and I visited Belzer's recenyly with the intent of test driving a new Kia Sorento. I had been looking around for months at different vehicles of this type including the Equinox, Edge and CX-7 but still was undecided about what I wanted to buy. Our experience at Belzer's from the moment we walked in the door until the time we left was nothing less than comfortable. Everyone we dealt with from the sales person, to the sales manager, and those in the finance office were very helpful in working with us to ensure that our needs were met and we got the deal we wanted. I walked in not knowing what I wanted and drove home with a new car that afternoon... couldn't be happier with my new Sorento. more

Just bought a New Dodge Ram from Jeff blezer's the reason I called there was that they sold both the Silverado and Ram. I called and talked to Jeremy he made everything so easy he found me exactly what I wanted and we did pretty much everything over the phone! Awesome Help!! 10/25/2010

I had this rattle noise every time I would stop or start my car up. I talked with Jim O'Meara and I had a bolt lose on the compartment that holds my cadillac converter. Thanks to him I save a ton on not having to get my cadillac converter replaced. more

I want to say thank you to Jim O'Meara for his help. I scratched and dented my trunk, and I went in and asked him what to do, and how much it would cost. He was very helpful, and explained to me why I needed to fix it. I did not feel pressured, and I really like that. If you need help, I recommend going in to the service department and asking Jim for help! more

My car buying experience 10/14/2010

I went in to Jeff Belzer's dealership recently to just look at the new Malibu, I've been thinking about buying a new car for awhile now but for some reason couldn't quite commit. When I walked in to this dealership everyone was so friendly and professional I knew I was ready to take the plunge. Jeremy, my salesman, greeted me right as I walked in the door. He was polite - and patient - and made me feel at ease. He helped me through the process as did the Business Manager. I'm really happy with my purchase - THANKS everyone!! W more

I went in to buy a new Malibu last week and had great service. I visited them 3 times to talk about buying a car but I was usually in a hurry. They were very flexible with my tough schedule and met my needs. The salesperson was very helpful and answered all my questions. They made the process very painless for me, and I highly recommend visiting them for your next automobile purchase. more
