Great Colorist!! 1/21/2012

After trying many different salons in the Miami area and over paying for bad highlights I've finally found a great spot! I am very picky and Maria did an excellent job and listened to exactly what I wanted. She's very friendly and accommodating and the salon is impeccably kept. It reminded me of salons in Beverly Hills, but with an upscale beach flair. The highlights are very natural and very fairly priced-- no complaints! I'll definitely be coming back ;) more

Wonderful neighborhood salon 3/7/2011

I decided to try this salon right in my own neighborhood. I started with Clovis doing my mani-pedi and have been hooked for close to a year. Next came Denise with the best waxing and body polish I've ever had. Now I'm about to have Guillermo cut my hair and I'm looking forward to it. The salon is well-run, friendly, and most important: clean. more

Denise is the BEST! Every time I visit North Miami you can find me at Jean Claude with Denise for the best facial and body polish. She really knows her stuff and God gave her the best hands ever. She uses only the best products on my face and I leave Jean Claude feeling ten years younger and more beautiful than ever. Groupon Review 5/24/2010

I purchased a Treatment, Haircut, & BlowDry package from Groupon (LOVE that website) and all I have to say is that I'm really happy with the whole experience! I wasn't too sure what to expect, but Groupon did not let me down and neither did my hairstylist, Guillermo. It was a totally different way of cutting hair, first he blew my hair dry and then he gave me a haircut. He cut my hair while it was dry and then flat ironed it. My hair was totally sexy, with layers and texture, it looks hot! Great experience, highly recommend, will go back. Pros: Great Environment more

MARIA HAS DONE MY HIGHLIGHTS FOR THE SUMMER SEVERAL TIMES AND I LIKE HER A LOT BECAUSE SHE'S FAST AND TALENTED AND I DON'T LIKE WAITING A LOT! (I'M A MAN!). THE SHAMPOO DONE BY ANA BEFORE THE HAIR CUT IS ALSO GREAT TO RELAX BEFORE CAROLE GIVES ME THE BEST HAIR CUT!!! I found my stylist Guillermo Leon!!! 4/16/2010

I used to have my hair done with Guillermo Leon at the Jean Claude Biguine on Brickell, then he moved and I lost contact with him and I could never find a stylist that had the same magical touch as Guillermo. So imagine how HAPPY I was to walk into Jean Claude Biguine Bal Harbor and see Guillermo working, I literally cried tears of joy because I found my Hair Soulmate Guillermo Leon. Guillermo is the best hairstylist & I have recommended him to everyone I know. He is an artist and works with YOUR hair type and style, he does the best hair. Everyone should try him, trust me your hair will love you. I would even pay more for his haircuts than what the salon charges. Pros: Professional Service more

bad experience 3/25/2010

I went to the salon to have an haircut with jerome but I was told He was gone ..So the old lady at the front desk told me to go with someone else ... I did but I was disappointed ...The old lady at the front desk seems to be a new employee but she doesn t know anything about how to welcome clients. She s so directive that you don t feel good in this salon... the only thing she knows is wearing chanel clothes .. no smile no happy face Pros: professionnal best hairdresser more

I called Jean claude biguine salon to know if jerome was available but I was told that he quitted the salon. What a pain!!!! I asked them where he is now but they told me they didn't know. It's not fair because I'm sure they know where he is . Not telling me doesn't make me go to the salon with another hairdresser! anyway I found him!!!!!! He's in Philippe Koehler's salon; 14761 BISCAYNE BOULEVARD . The plazza after costco , between publix and paul;It's just 10 mn from Surfside and the parking is free!!! I went on a monday morning there because a friend of me told me to have my hair cut with jerome I asked for a color and a cut; everything was perfect I have found my hairdresser!!! But the last time I went to jcb jerome was not allowed to do my color just my cut! what 's the hell he couldn't do it on trhursday but just on monday? nevermind I'll go now just on mondays and I won't have the bad shampoo by the assistant.
