yes ,that salesman mike ,ahh where to start ,i had received a gift certificate for a remote start for x mas ,after 70 days of waiting to get in .....they did my car ,i dropped it at 10 was told from mike 3 hours ,i went to pick it up and was told come back at 6,the car was untouched ,looked very busy in the back ,then had the ballz to tell me i needed an extra part costing 200 dollars,was nice enough to tell me give him cash 100 dollars cash outside and he would get it done just keep it quiet ,when i gave it to him he put it in his pocket ,i asked for a receipt and nowhere on it was the 100 dollar part info,i then came back and demanded to speak with the owner calling mike a thief,he stated that he was the owner ,and his partner was not in ,my start works ok ,but i would never go back with mike there ...... last week i had a viper alarm and remote start installed allong with some alpine sub woofers. I must say that jazz audio did a amazing job from start to finish. There salesman mike was very helpful and knowledgable. My car sounds great and my alarm works perfect. Would recommend jazz to anyone. this is the worst place to go for audio he had to change the name on the company because he had to many complaints about his place, he says he doesn't hire kids to do the work but when you go in the back of the place there all around 17-20. they don't know how to connects radios amps or run the CORRECT wiring they jerry riged my car and then gave me the wrong alarm, i asked for viper he gave me some knock off and charged me wayyyyy more, then told me my amp didn't work, i went home my bf hooked it up it worked fine that ahole just wanted to make money off me.. i could have done it my self better, but now i have to get everything redone. and pay agian. oh and my windows need to be redone because they did such a crappy job and i'm ""suppost to have a life time warrenty"" on them ha ha ha thats funny!! i wouldn't waste my money there go to someone who know don't let him sweet talk you.
