Trustworthy while driving thru El Paso 12/24/2016

Got a check engine light while driving thru El Paso on my way to CA. Auto parts store reset the code so there was no history in the car computer. Rick took a look but really didn't see anything that warranted any work so the sent me on my way. They could've gouged me for work since I was out of town but didn't. They have a tidy professional shop that I'd go to again if I need work done in El Paso. more

Excellent Repair Shop! 11/28/2016

My car had a leaking power steering rack. I took my car to a shoddy automotive repair shop to save money. Big mistake! My car was not fixed correctly and they just gave me excuses. Someone recommended me Jay’s Automotive located at 7383 Alameda. I took my car to Jay’s Automotive. The service advisor was courteous and offered me a complimentary beverage. My car was immediately inspected by one of the mechanics and quickly repaired. My car was returned to me the same day. My car was even washed and vacuumed for free! I’m highly satisfied with the service and professionalism of Jay’s Automotive. I highly recommend them for your maintenance and repair needs. Thanks! more

I took my car to Johnny's for an oil change. His office area/waiting area is very comfortable. He has a Keurig coffee machine and a water dispenser. There is also a large TV on the wall. As you are waiting for your car, you can watch TV while sipping your freshly brewed coffee. Also, Rick is very personable and is happy to engage you in a discussion on any topic you want. The customer service is first rate. thank you. more
