Consistently great service. 12/31/2015

I made an appointment to take advantage of a coupon for an oil change, tire rotation, brake inspection, and safety check. I arrived at 8:00 am and told the receptionist that I planned to wait for the car. The waiting area is pleasant with delicious free coffee or tea and free wifi. I did some work on my computer while I waited. My car was ready in an hour or so later even though the shop had a lot of work that day. The oil change and tire rotation were professionally done. The mechanic recommended my hoses and radiator cap be replaced (they are the originals on a 12-year-old vehicle). I expected that. He also indicated that my front brakes had about 35% wear left on the pads. I'll have Jays replace the hoses and radiator cap in a couple of weeks, after the holidays. Great service as always. more

I needed to have work don't on my car. I calls Jays and they were able to get me in the next day. They had the car ready when promised and everyone working there was so kind and friendly. I will always take my cars to Jays. more

Oil leak fixed 12/21/2015

I went to Jays because they were rated 4/5 stars. Oil leak was diagnosed at multiple points throughout. The only drawback of fixing my vehicle was the price - although it was explained, you don't anticipate the high cost. But my car was fixed, check engine light went off, and the manager dropped me off and picked me up. They definitely have great customer service, I felt at ease that my vehicle is fixed and they did not rip me off. I would definitely return, I just hope that future repairs will be free (LOL). more

Polite and knowledgeable employees 12/14/2015

Jay's shop provided excellent repair service for a lingering issue on an 07 Expedition that was looked at by another shop, however, not properly repaired. Staff communicated well and actually called me when the vehicle was ready/available for pick-up. Will definetly use their services in the future. more
