Top Notch 12/28/2016

I brought in two vehicles for a transmission service. One of the vehicles had some episodes of losing power on the way home, which is about 60 miles from the shop. Long story short I took the truck back to them and they found a loose sensor, and fixed the problem free of charge. The secretary is absolute sweetie and the shop is clean and stylish. more

Fast, Easy, Affordable 12/22/2016

Just drove in from Austin, TX. I was looking for a place with good customer service and straight forward prices. Found it! Had my antifreeze refilled. They inspected my car for my next trip and took the liberty to make me an estimate for future potential repairs. Staff is also extremely friendly no doubt I will be coming back every time I need a car repair in El Paso. more

Amazing help at amazing prices. 11/21/2016

Brought my '93 Honda in for some work, and everyone thought it was the power steering pump that quit. but after trying two different pumps, they checked the rack and pinion, and found THAT to be the problem. they didn't charge any labor for the pumps or anything like that. and replaced the faulty part very quick. Quick service. FRIENDLY service. And pretty decently priced services. Definitely recommend bringing your vehicle to Jay's Automotive more

Oil Change and Inspection Sticker 11/12/2016

Took 1996 Toyota Camry for an oil change and inspection. Thought I would have to leave it but Maria said it would take about an hour and would go fast. It was ready in about 45-50 minutes so glad I waited. Great service! more

Clear Concise Service 10/27/2016

Professional from the beginning to the end. Excellent warranty on parts and labor. I called on Monday morning, late, to have my 2008 Honda evaluated. I needed a new starter, after approving the work my car was ready early the next morning. Jays Auto ll is excellent. more
