They have not fixed my vehicle's problem 7/6/2015

Still waiting for Jay's to call us when the part arrives to continue fixing our vehicle. It is taking too long and I am afraid my car will lose its entire oil. more

Outstanding Service! 6/30/2015

Love this shop, the friendliness and professionalism are beyond reproach. My Wife's Kia Sorrento was making engine noises and the service tech (Sam) went so far as to get with Kia Service for any TSBs or Warranty concerns. The Vehicle was is the shop for 2 days and they paid half the price for the rental car. It's a little out of the way from where I live but well worth the distance for having a place I trust to get our vehicles serviced. Thanks Sam and Jay. more

Honest and Thorough 6/19/2015

They ran into problems with my repair, but stuck with it until it was fixed, and didn't charge extra for all the extra time they put into it. LOVE this place. more

5 stars not enough. Great service from everyone i dealt with. Tried other shop twice on f150 problems these guys fixed it on first visit. Will recommend and i have found my shop for auto service. more

professional auto mechanics! 6/10/2015

Great place, fast service, good communication. Not pushy as far as extra repairs that may need to be addressed in the future. Having a mechanic drive with you so they can hear and see the problem you are having is a big plus! No other mechanic has ever done that for us. more

Willing to help out their customers 5/26/2015

I was told that they would need 30 mins to replace the serpentine belt on my vehicle, I unfortunately arrived 20 mins to closing. After hearing that I was planing a road trip for the weekend, they took my car, and got it done in 15 mins. Great service, and I was also told about the coast to coast warranty which just added to the experience. I would defiantly recommend!! more

I've had my 1997 vehicle serviced in countless cities and 4 states. Jay's is by far the best shop ever! The service was prompt and professional. Everything was patiently and happily explained to me. Every company should have Maria as the face and voice of their business. Truly the best! more
