The quality of their work was good. However, I was not home to verify they completed what they promised. The company resists providing adequate quotes but requests payment quickly...

Roof Installation 7/17/2012

I would recommend Jasper Contractors to any of my friends, family members etc.. Especially Elmer Holland, I worked with him during the inspection and installation of my roof, he was very professional and pleasant to deal with, very proficient, and knew his business. I give Jasper Contractor a 5-star review on everything. more

Roof evaluation was painless. The company's help with the claim and the adjuster was invaluable. The new roof was intalled 2 days later... What is there else to say?! more

Efficient, professional and and considerate 7/10/2012

Arrived on time , worked through a blistering hot morning and afternoon until completion. Were thorough and efficient. excellent cleanup after completion. Jasper project personel were friendly and informative. They explained eveything completely . Overall we were quite pleased with the whole roofing experience. Note: Some sort of sealer was used on the roof that has a strong odor that still lingers inside the house after a week, we would like to know what it is and why it hasn't disapated more

Roof looks great and pleased with service 6/30/2012

I am very pleased with my new roof and the installation process. I also received excellent service from the Jasper agent overseeing my roof replacement. The only problem I had was a missed appointment for final payment when Jasper never showed up or called to explain. But overall a very good experience. more

Overall good experience. Had a little trouble getting information initially 6/23/2012

Jasper was fairly easy to work with. Dealt with Matt Koneski initially and had a little trouble getting information but finally got scheduled and work went smoothe. When trying to call company about a question, was a little confused why I didnt reach Matt again and never dealt with him anymore. Overall was happy with the workmanship. more

We were pleased from the very start how Bob met our insurance agent at our house and overnighted our insurance check to our mortgage company. The crew that put our roof on did a fantastic job and were meticulous when cleaning up afterwards! more

2-story replacement. Showed up at 630am, done by 6pm. placed tarps around entire perimeter and AC unit. used a pull behind dumpsterwith rubber wheels. Minimized scarring on driveway. Cleaned perimeter very well when done. I pulled a magnet across yard around perimeter up to 12 ft out. ONly located 10 stray nails. Very pleased. more
