I am extremely disappointed in the response (or lack thereof) from Jasen's regarding a chair I bought there 15 months ago. The first time we had the chair cleaned, two seams on the arms fell apart. On the phone, their rep admitted that this should not have happened but they said that the manufacturer indicated that the chair was no longer under warranty, (by two months). I contacted the manufacturer who\r
indicated that Jasen's should be able to help me. Instead, they indicated that they could be of no service and that they would no longer take my calls. This was the response before I even had a chance to get combative! It was a horrible response to a relatively small matter that could have been worked out. They definitely lost this customer!
Pros: None at this point
Cons: Not willing to stand by their product
