My car was broken down in the middle of the street with my two kids in the car, Jans towing just happened to pass by and he got me off of the street right away and towed me home he was so kind. He put me at ease immediately, was extremely polite and professional and made me feel safe as he delivered me to my front door. Would highly recommend to any of my female friends! more

Jan's Towing has an Auto Auction every Saturday. The Staff and security guards are always friendly to me. They even provide free water! The crowd is always controlled in a nice manner. If your looking for an affordable car then this is the place to go! Pros: Friendly staff, affordable cars! more

I recently went to a auction jans towing conducts on saturdays from the time you register to the time you attend the auction there is unprofessionalism. The Ladies at the windows are rude and unprofessional and act as if they are doing you a favor. When you go to the yard to bid the security is horrible during the auction they keep you in 1 bunch ( a crowd of about 50 or more) I understand that because some people like to tamper with the vehicles. The security has a clear view of all the bidders. Before and during the auction there is this security guy continually harrassing you to stay away from the vehicles through out the auction you may step forward to bid and there he is please step away from the vehicle. No one has any intention to touching the vehicle security is within 2 feet of you. Also Jans is loosing money on the auction only accepting $100 increments when if you accept $25 increments they can make as much as $75 more per car. Cons: very very unprofessional more

Company prominently displays AAA decals all over their tow trucks and in front of their office. Yet they take no time and effort at the scene of an accident to ask if the individual being towed is a member of AAA. When you go pick up your car they basically tell you that unless you explicitly tell them (or as they put it ?take out your card and show it to the driver?) you are a AAA member they will charge you the $175.00 tow fee, when asking them if as a courtesy if they should have informed individual this was an option, they bluntly and crassly said no they don?t have to that it was not their problem. What is the point of being affiliated with such a reputable company such as AAA if you will not extend the benefits that should be rightfully given to members? (false and deceptive advertising) In addition, when bringing the obviously damaged car out, they show no regards for ensuring that no further damage is inflicted upon the vehicle, new tow truck driver from a better tow company instructed worker who was bringing out the car to stop in front of tow truck whereas worker wanted to maliciously and without regard to car drag it along further (negligence). There was also new damage to the driver?s side rearview mirror which was not part of original accident, and perfectly good key initially given to them was handed back bent (malice). Every single individual whom we dealt with acted in such an unprofessional and abrasive manner. Cons: Everything about them more

Jans Towing is a great business. I have had very bad experiences with towing companys before (they scratched the whole side of my car while putting it on the flatbed.). Jans was not like that. They were very cautious while loading my 55 Chevy onto the truck. The driver was very nice and courteous as well. My car was delivered to the transmission shop with no problems and they even let me schedule when to pick it up the next day. As far as I can tell this company has no visible flaws. They are a great business that is dedicated to the customer. I just recently found out that they also have a ""clean air fleet""! I will definetly call Jans the next time I need a tow. Jans is an excellent tow service, dedicated to helping the customer. When i was in my accident they were right there with me on the scene.
