this was one of our favorite places to order until just recently. we have ordered the same cake for the past 4yrs italian cream we always send it as a gift there has never been any complaints until this yr. they (the people we send the cake too) said the cake was dry, bland and they felt like it was old...so i gave them a call i figured they would make it right after all it was a $60 cake. i asked her if she could bake an new one and pick the one that they weren't gonna eat she pretty much said no we're not baking a new one...italian cream is meant to be dry...i dont understand this is the same cake we have send them each yr w/o any complaints why now... thanks to Rebeka they lost our business...had to call a few times before we got our money back w/o an apology more

everytime i walk into janet's i want to buy something. i always get my birthday cakes there and i am always happy with them. they are so perfect with the designs and i am always satisfied with the taste of it. everyone needs to go to janet's when they want the perfect cake. more

My family has used Janet's for every occasion we have, they can be pricey at times but its worth it. There tasty and they always meet your needs and when you walk in the place its clean and friendly more

I have used Janet's for every occasion from weddings to bday parties, baptisms.... They are the best, they may cost a little more, but they make up for it in taste and the looks of your cake. Give them a try. Clean, friendly and when you walk in..the smell will make you hungry. more

This is one of the best places for someone who has diabetes. Their cakes are made with Splenda. They are reasonably priced and taste really good. We have been buying cakes from their for a few years now, sugar free ones. If you know of a diabetic that would love to indulge in a sweet (sugar free), then send them here! I would recommend anyone to order a cake from here. The Italian Creme is the best. If you are walking in for some pastries or sweet bread, I would not recommend this place. Some of the bread has tasted a day or two old. It doesn't taste as fresh as when you order it. The cake prices are reasonable and very delicious. more
