I recently needed a modification on my Tundra wiring harness for towing. John was responsive, respectful and went above and beyond to get my vehicle fixed on time and in the right way. I was able to keep an open communication with John through email which is huge for me because of the demands of my job. I don't have time to be calling the dealer every single time I have a question. It was nice to send a quick note out and not have to worry about getting a response. He responded every time which made the whole process smoother than it would have been otherwise. Service Department - after servicing at another dealership and tired of being told ""why don't you call your husband"" every time they wanted me to have repairs done, I went to James Toyota. Kelly (female) helped me, and I appreciated her taking time to explain exactly what was and was not needed on my car without the condescending attitude of the other dealership. The prices she gave me were competitive, and I will definitely be back. more

I was on 95 in Philly coming from Calabash, NC when I think every light went on. I stopped at James and Michele was my advisor. they took me almost immediately. With an oil change. tire rotation and 15,000 mile checkup I was out in little over an hour. Even had an exterior car wash. To say the least I was satisified. more

We recently purchased a 2010 Rav4 from James Toyota. Our sales associate Ann Tom located the exact vehicle that we were looking for ie color and features. When we first walked in the dealership Ann greeted us with a friendly smile a hello and a pleasant may I help you. We told her that we were interested in a 2010 Rav4, she aked us if were wanted to test drive one. During the test drive she answered any questions we had about the vehicle. She was very knowledgeable about its features and operation.We negotiated a reasonble price and closed the deal. No sales pressure or would ""you like to purchase a vehicle they had in stock."" I highly recommend Ann Tom as the sales associate for your next car purchase at James Toyota. PS The entire staff was very curtious before and after we picked up the Rav 4. When I decided to review my remaining car payments and the the value of my current car, it became clear to me that I needed to take some action. (My boyfriend has been nagging me to do this for a year) The time had come. The thing that all women dread. No, not gray hairs or even wrinkles, but having to go to a car dealer! Don't get me wrong, I love my Camry. While I didn't buy it at James, I have had it serviced there for the entire time and have been happy with the service I received. My boyfriend made a phone call and we went down about 30 minutes later. Just the thought of going into these places, the smell of tires and floor mats....it's enough to make a girl recoil. However, much to my amazement,it was as painless as it could possibly have been. From beginning to end, I was treated with great care. My salesman, Mike Rufo did a wonderful job. He was professional, knowledgeable and curteous. He answered all my questions and I walked out with the car I wanted at a fair price. EVERYONE we encountered, from the greeting to the delivery of my car was very good at their job. Who knew getting a new car could be so effortless?
