I found the car that was right for me and a salesman who helped me buy the car for what I could afford. I have been looking for a car since 1/2011 from Concinatti to Nashville and I found it 5 miles away from home. Tony was very good to work with. He understood what kind of a buyer I was and got the job done smoothly and quickly. I appreciate a salesman that makes it easier to buy a car. more

I cannot say enough good words about my experience with everyone at James Motors. They were professional, honest and provided the most amazing customer service. I had a million questions and Tony and Jessica were prompt about answering each one and following through on every commitment. This place is no nonsense and more than fair and reasonable. A few questions came up after I bought my car. Tony went above and beyond to provide me with service, including responding to my questions on a holiday weekend. Wow! . . . My parents bought me a pre-owned certified vehicle for my 16th birthday.\r I am so excited to now have a Mercedes of my own to drive.My salesman Larry did a great job explaining the safety features of the vehicle to me an my parents. I will always own a Mercedes!!! more

In December 2010, my husband and I had a hard time agreeing on what car to purchase. We had narrowed our choices down to two different vehicles. In the end, it truly came down to customer service. We had an amazing salesperson at James Motors who answered many questions on more than one visit. He went above and beyond, without being pushy, to help us. A big "shout out" to John Wayne (how could I ever forget this name). Thanks so much! more

Displeased with sales rep 5/15/2005

I purchased my first Mercedes C-class two years ago when I was 23 years old. Despite my excellent credit history and more than suitable income, I was not treated very well by the sales rep. I'm assuming that my age attributed to this. I did not appreciate his completely blase attitude towards me, but still proceeded with the purchase. Despite my displeasure with the sales representative, the service personnel are top notch. more
