Location of the station and quality of the job fully satisfied me. I have used this place for several last years.

Worst

I did not expect to be unhappy. Had a brake fluid issue. No problem. As long as we are working that system, check the brake shoes as well. No problem. BUT. AND THIS IS BIG. ...

Nothing is a problem at JMS 12/6/2013

My wife had a " noise " in the car and called me. I had her follow me in my car as I drove her car to JMS . Chuck said he would take a look, and by the way noticed we needed inspection and emissions test. Left car and picked up later. Was truly a drop in , no appointment and eager to be of service. When we picked up my wife's car, Chuck noticed mine also needed inspection and with 15 minutes until inspection lane closing, got me in and done. Hometown Service !!! more

In and out in 10 minutes. Granted, only a headlight bulb, but other places can make you wait an hour for the same work! more

High Price, Low Quality 11/2/2013

I went in for a state inspection and to have a headlight replaced. They tell me "That's $74 for a headlight restoration." I'm surprised at the cost but whatever, it's better than doing it myself. I pick the car up - it has passed inspection. So I check out the headlight - it's still out! These people charged me $74 to clean the headlight (just ONE of them, mind you) but didn't bother to check if the thing was functional. What's worse, they passed me on the state inspection despite the fact that one of the headlights was out! Ridiculous. I'm not going back, and recommend you never go. more
