It seems like all you hear these days is about bad business, well I'm going to share a very good experience I had recently with a local shop. It was just before Christmas break and I was taking my daughter to school. After I dropped her off my car starting running terribly erratic. I was on 11th street so I limped my car into James Auto Center, freaking out. You know, just before the holidays and already not needing another money problem. I'm thinking fuel pump,computer or any number of costly repairs. I spoke to the owner and he assured me that his technicians and his high end diagnostic equipment would be able to isolate the problem, in other words "No guesswork" I had errands to run before school let out, no problem, they loaned me a car and called me back a couple of hours later to tell me they had found a bad electrical sensor,OK I said, replace it with a new one. Not so easy, the part was not in stock, Now what? The master tech told me that they may be able to bypass the problem
