Is this store diluting the juice? 4/11/2010

I don't know what's different about the recipe or ingredients for this store, but more often than not we are very disappointed with their juice. This morning we orderd two power size Peach Pleasures that were sour and had almost no peach flavor at all. Are they using unripe fruit? Too much ice? I did notice that there was quite a bit left in the blender after the cups were full. Someone needs to train this staff to follow the recipe exactly. Pros: friendly staff, great location, quick service Cons: Hit or miss with regard to product quality more

It's hard to mess-up a Jamba, but this site seems to have the knack. The chain as a whole has excellent products, but I don't know of any other site near my home. They're always friendly, but seem somewhat confused if you go off the beaten path to 'personalize' your order. I only go here when absolutely necessary. more
