SO HORRIBLE ITS HORRI-BAD!!!!! 5/30/2008

I would never recommend anyone going to jacqueline home remodeling for anything they need done on their home. From what I observed from them siding and roofing my own home they are all about the money. Get in, Get out so to speak. I have siding falling off my house and loose shingles on my roof. They do not obide by the laws and cut corners everywhere they can. I spoke to others that have been under contract with them and they have said the same things. They cut so many corners that they have to side the house before the inspecter comes so they can get away with the way they do it. The business is owned by Charles and his son is the one the controls the "crew." The verbal abuse that I over heard from the son to the workers was more then enough for me to realize this isnt going to work out in the long run, and it didnt. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. THE PRICES MAYBE BE CHEAP BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, CHEAP WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: cheap and gets done with in a day or 2 Cons: you get what you pay for cheap work and bad customer service more

Jacqueline Home Remodeling - HORRIBLE - BEWARE!! 3/27/2006

Jacqueline completed a siding and roofing job (including 6 windows) almost a year ago. To this day (10 months later), we continue to have siding fall off our house. The owner, Charlie, will not call us back or schedule time to discuss the pending items. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT hire this contractor. I would not want anyone else to have to pay over $22,000 and not get their money's worth. Pros: Pricing Cons: Unreliable, poor quality, poor customer service more
