Fast Roadside Service 4/20/2011

Over the Christmas holidays my Nephew while on leave from Afghanastan, drove to Jacksonville from Texas to visit. When he had vehicle problems that would of left him stranded here I contacted Service Writer Christie. It was late in the afternoon and just minutes from closing time however Christie assured me that if I could get the vehicle there she would have a mechanic stand by. The vehicle was shipped VIA wrecker. A mechanic met Kevin and within minutes had the vehicle running. more

I would like to take the time to say Thank You for your excellent choice on customer advisors. I truly think Christy and I will work well in the future together. She seems to be knowledgeable and customer service oriented. When I picked up the my Sebring, she made it a point to come meet me and greet me. She also took the time to explain the invoice and repairs, walk me to my car and check the AC/Heater personally. I do believe Christy exhibits the Spirit of Customer Service that Your dealership is noted for. Thank You both for a pleasant experience and I have to say it was my pleasure this time to work with you. more

No hassle, great deal 3/15/2011

Came by yesterday and brought my son's 2002 Grand Cherokee for an oil change, first time serviced by your dealership. Was expecting to hear about all the things it needed but instead you got it finished in 20 minutes, told me everything looked wonderful on it and sent me on my way....Wow, I bought the 4 oil changes for 45.00 and will be back when the next one is due....Thanks for no hassle service....Also bought the package for my 2010 Liberty, can't beat the price for 4 oil changes.... more

"Good to get reacquainted with you again. And thanks for giving me to Thomas Locke. A very kind and humbled man. Badly needed these days dealing with the public. He should do well. Thank you for keeping your word and with the excellent service yesterday.My faith in this dealership has been restored. We have since returned to your facility for another try. The issue with our AC does not appear to be within your control. Your service representative, Thomas Locke, explained adequately how we can get the best performance. I am disappointed that the AC is somewhat limited, for an expensive vehicle. Thomas Locke is a fine representative for your firm, and I appreciate his help. I am very impressed with your dealership and your showroom. I had a relaxing visit while waiting for my vehicle and enjoyed a delicious breakfast too! I've seen a lot of dealerships around the country and I don't recall one that was more customer friendly. What I didn't say in the survey was the fact that Rob is the one I deal with and I have never found another like him. I trust his advice and his kindness. I just wanted to take the time to write you concerning Michelle Knecht’s excellent customer service. She was very polite and straight forward about my issues. She made sure to address all of my concerns promptly, and to make sure I was aware of all findings and resolutions to them. She was quick to return my phone calls and made sure that the courtesy transportation was provided in a timely manner. The transportation teams were also very courteous and prompt as well. The gentleman that brought me home; I believe his name was Eric; was extremely polite and quiet while I attended a conference call on my cell phone during my ride home. Not happy with buying experience 2/28/2011

Most of these reviews seem to be about the service department. I am glad you guys had good experiences there. My experience was with sales and finance in buying a car, and I was not happy at all. I felt like I ran into walls at every turn, and I had to be very assertive to not be taken advantage of. The finance guy completely screwed up my sale, with which I am still trying to sort out. I am completely unhappy with every aspect of my experience there, and will never be returning. more

I appreciate your follow up with respect to my 2009 Chyrsler Sebring. My Service Consultant was Christy and my vehicle technician was Chris. Christy could not have been more accommodating and helpful in assuring all of my concerns with my vehicle were addressed. Christy worked her schedule around my schedule rather than vice versa. In addition, once it was determined that new parts needed to be ordered, she called me when they came in and scheduled the service appointment at my convenience. Christy exceeded any expectations that I may have had concerning your dealership and I can assure you that I will continue to be a loyal service customer. Please share my compliments with Christy as she desires the recognition for going out of her way to satisfy all of my service requirements. As I was dealing with a convertible issue I was assigned your technician Chris. Chris listened to my complaint, took several road tests with me and was ultimately able to isolate and more importantly correct my deficiency. I was most pleased with his professional and mechanical abilities. He went out of his way to respond to the service issue while I waited avoiding a rental and return to your dealership. I am a very loyal Chyrsler customer. I presently own a 2009 Sebring Limited Convertible and 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I don't live in the Jacksonville area but after the service and accommodations I received from your employees I wouldn't consider any other dealership. more

very hard workers 2/14/2011

I would like to tel Thomas Locke is one of the best service advisor I have ever had had at Jacksonville Chrysler. He really went far beyond than any other there. I will always be asking for him to help me out when I needed service of any kind with your dealership. I also would like to comment on the machanic who worked on my 2004 PT CRUISER he went to work on it quickly and did great work on it. Also Karen in your service department was so king and helpful to me. I just felt like man they really take pride in their jobs and work hard. Thank you very much for you choice of employee's you have there I am not a young person and feel they are very respectful to the senior's. more

WONDERFUL SERVICE 2/9/2011

I wanted to let someone know what wonderful service I have received at the Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership. My car was towed to the dealership over a month ago due to fluids leaking out. The jeep is under warranty through Max Care. I began dealing with Thomas Lock before the vehicle was even towed to the dealership. He was and has continued to be extremely helpful and courteous. He continued to communicate with me and keep me informed as to the status of the repairs. On September 2nd the repairs were completed and I picked my vehicle up. I was going out of town to vacation a few days in Orlando on Friday, September 3rd when the vehicle overheated on 95 just past St. Augustine. Thomas advised me to have the vehicle towed back to the dealership. Due to the distance involved the towing charge was $285.00 even with my AAA membership. Thomas received approval from his boss to cover the towing fee. I can’t even tell you how much this helped as I probably would not have been able to take my out of town vacation if I had to pay for the tow. Throughout the following week Thomas assisted me in working with MaxCare in order to have the additional repairs approved. It was a very difficult time for me and Thomas continued to be extremely helpful and very honest about what was going on and what I needed to do throughout the ordeal. Max Care did approve all charges and Thomas called me today to advise my car was ready to go home. Thomas made sure I had transportation through both times the car was at the dealership…some of the rentals at his expense, not through Max Care. I can’t even begin to express my gratitude for everything Thomas has done and how pleased I am with my experience at your dealership. I would recommend anyone to come to Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge and I will be a returning customer for any future maintenance or warranty work on my Jeep. more

I wanted to write to tell you of the excellent service I received from your company. My Town and Country-which I purchased from you in October 2004 had a couple of problems and although the warranty had just expired, your team made it all happen, fixed the problems, quickly and I paid only the $100 deductible. I wanted to thank especially, Tom Locke, my first point of contact, Mike Gormley who worked it all out for me, Jessica Morley who is an excellent service advisor and the cashier Magen Ortiz. All of them were thoroughly professional, helpful and made the visit most pleasant. Thank you, we will definitely be back, and all my friends and business contacts will know about it too.. more

Unethical Business Practices 1/28/2011

I purchased two cars from this dealership in 12/2010....they used two different lenders and told us not to let one know about the other??? I went back to trade in a Magnum we had a pending private sale on...I had changed employers 1/4/2011 and advised EVERYONE INVOLVED FROM SALESPERSON TO FINANCE GUY - KEVIN ...They pulled my application from 12/2010 and coerced me to sign it saying it was no big deal since I had a recent pay stub. We signed and drove. When they could not verify my employment with the employer I TOLD them I resigned from 1/4/2011 they called & flipped on us. Said I never told them I have a new job. (Have recorded statement from sales rep & GM stating otherwise) BOTTOM LINE: Consumer BEWARE! They are desperate to make sales. I should have known when one car I wanted to test drive...didn't have keys available because the angry buyer had refused to give them back. CAUTION!!! BEWARE! Sharks would not swim with these guys....snakes wouldn't stoop to their level... more

Great service, great attitudes, and great service 1/26/2011

Great service, as always. Had to come in last week 2 times for different repairs to the van. Michellel was wonderful, kept me informed and got me to Enterprise promptly. Having Enterprise there is great! After 2 rental vehicles in 3 days I really appreciate my van. The vehicles were great but my van is tops. You'll be having me as customer for repairs on my van for as long as it lives. Great service, great attitudes, of the staff, and great service! more
