I wanted to write to tell you of the excellent service I received from your company. My Town and Country-which I purchased from you in October 2004 had a couple of problems and although the warranty had just expired, your team made it all happen, fixed the problems, quickly and I paid only the $100 deductible. I wanted to thank especially, Tom Locke, my first point of contact, Mike Gormley who worked it all out for me, Jessica Morley who is an excellent service advisor and the cashier Magen Ortiz. All of them were thoroughly professional, helpful and made the visit most pleasant. Thank you, we will definitely be back, and all my friends and business contacts will know about it too..
