Honest and Sincere 4/8/2015

In the interest of full disclosure, at present I do work here. Hastings is a small town and for whatever reason its very oversaturated with car dealerships, both new and used. I turned down an offer to work at a different dealership to work here. Jackson's has been around for a long time, and there's a reason for that. Alton treats people right consistently. I'm proud to work here, and I'm proud to tell the world it's a great place to buy. more

Find a car here 10/2/2005

This car store is a pretty good place to find a used car is you are needing one. It has sort of that used car sales place feel, sort of smarmy. But they do offer good prices and have a reputation for standing behind their cars and the sales they make. So you could probably feel OK with buying something from them. more

Good Service somewhat high prices. 7/30/2005

We bought a van from Jackson's back in 2000. We were very pleased with the van after we purchased it and only recently traded it in for a newer one. We felt like we got great service from the sales staff and throughout the whole process we were allowed to test drive all the vehicles we were looking at for extended periods of time (not just 15 minutes) which greatly helped in our decision making process. The only thing that I have to say that might be taken negatively is that I feel their prices tend to be somewhat high compared to some other auto dealers. Good Customer Service Though. more

Excellent Customer Service 6/4/2005

This dealership has excellent customer service. While recently shopping for a car for my niece, we went there and check out both locations. We found a car and then had no problems agreeing on a price. They checked the tires, oil, etc for us and we were on our way. Great service. PROS: Great service CONS: Small lot but many cars more
