I found my experience at this location of Jackson Hewitt to be a bad one. Not only did they overcharge me, but gave me an explanation of the high charge that was not true.\r
When I called to speak to them about this overly high charge, Sue became extremely defensive and rude. Then, she changed her explanation and began to blame me for coming in at the last minute to get my taxes done, when in reality, I came in on March 20th. She also said that I ""must have misunderstood her explanation"", which I did not. She said I needed to make some changes to my stocks and that would lower my cost. When I tried to discuss this with her is when she became defensive, spoke over me, and would not let me speak. Finally, when I asked her if I could speak, she let me speak for about 30 seconds and then started speaking over me again.\r
I called the main office of Jackson Hewitt, they emailed the franchise owner 2 weeks ago and they have not contacted me about it as of yet. Maybe this review will get them going.\r
